Frequently Asked Questions
Normal hours of Operation are 8.00am through 6:00pm Monday through Saturday.
Although we are closed Sunday, orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed and shipped on business days.
We respond to emails during normal hours of operation. Emails received after business hours will be responded to early the next business day.
We are closed during the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
We ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service.
Orders are packed and shipped within the next business day from receipt of payment.
Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped-depending on your distance from Pennsylvania.
You will receive email confirmation to let you know your package is on its way.
We have investigated several options to find the most economical way to ship the pet beds. Because of the bulky nature of the pet beds there is a higher cost to ship them. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If at any time shipping is less than what is charged as part of your order a refund of the shipping cost difference will be issued.
